Did you know that independent medical and government investigations show that chiropractic students at accredited colleges receive the same level of education in basic sciences as medical students? Chiropractic colleges teach a specialized modern health science - the diagnosis and conservative management of functional disorders of the neuromusculoskeletal (motor) system.

The approach of chiropractic to health is positive from the onset. The science of chiropractic makes the assumption that good health is our natural state and looks first to correct this. Its objectives focus on the spine and its nerves, because chiropractic recognizes these as the center of our physical being. A slight misalignment of the spine can cause a subluxation with resulting pressure on the nerves, causing pain or decrease of bodily functions.

Clinical research over the past 15 years has shown that spinal adjustments have greater effectiveness in the treatment of acute and chronic back pain over any other types of treatment. But Dr. Cassara can help with many other disorders, too, where release of nerve energy can bring about proper functioning to the nervous and vascular systems, as well as the musculoskeletal system.

The beginning of a new year is an excellent time to resolve to give proper maintenance to YOUR spine with monthly checkups by Dr. Cassara. He can diagnose small misalignments and correct them before they become large health problems. For optimum health and energy, practice good preventative health care for yourself and your family with regular chiropractic care.

May the new year bring good health and happiness to you and yours!

Yours for better health, naturally,

Cassara Chiropractic Center
